NYPD Report:
On Monday, 12/24/2007 at approximately 2007 hours, Police responded to a 911 call for a MALE SHOT in the vicinity of Euclid Avenue and Sutter Avenue in the confines of the 75 Precinct. Upon their arrival, Police found a M/B/26 in front of 1266 Sutter Avenue with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was removed to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. The identity of the DOA is pending family notification. There is no arrest and the investigation is ongoing.
