Murder on Dean Street (77th Precinct)


On Friday, August 30th, 2013 at approximately 0121 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person shot opposite 1774 Dean street, within the confines of the 77th Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed the victim, a M/B/22, unconscious and unresponsive with four gunshot wounds to the head and one gunshot wound to his arm. EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrest(s) at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

Killed on New Lots Ave. (75th Precinct)

On Monday, August 26, 2013 at approximately 1329 hours police responded to a 911 call for a M/A/32 shot at 401 New Lots Ave in the confines of the 75 Precinct. Upon arrival police discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest. EMS transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

Shot to Death on Williams Ave. (75th Precinct)

On August 25, 2013 at 1850 hours police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 360 Williams Avenue in the confines of the 75 Pct. Upon arrival police discovered a M/B/33 shot multiple times in the torso. The victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced DOA.

Murder on Bainbridge Street (81st Precinct)

On Friday, August 23, 2013 at 2035 hours police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 2035 Bainbridge Avenue, within the confines of the 81 Precinct. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered an unidentified male black in his thirties inside of a tan 2000 Nissan Maxima shot in the head and torso. EMS also responded to the scene and transported the victim to Interfaith Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. A preliminary investigation determined that while the victim sat in the car, which was double parked in front of the location, the suspect, or suspects, drove up in a dark sedan, shot him, and fled the scene. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
Victim's name is pending identification and proper family notification.

The missing is described as approximately 4'8", 80 lbs., with brown eyes. She has a piercing in her left nostril and was last seen wearing a white tank-top shirt and an orange skirt.

On Wednesday, Aug. 21 2013 at 0405 hours police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 1607 Sterling Place within the confines of 77 Precinct. Upon arrival, police observed the victim, a M/B/32, on the sidewalk with two gunshot wounds; one to the chest and one to the left arm. EMS responded and transported the male to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrest(s) at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

Stabbed to Death at Walt Whitnan Houses (88th Precinct)

On Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at approximately 2241 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person stabbed inside the lobby of 117 North Oxford Walk, (PSA # 3, Whitman Houses) within the confines of the 88 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a M/B/39 unconscious and unresponsive, with stab wounds to his chest. EMS also responded to the location and transported the victim to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrest(s) at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

Double Murder In Ft. Greene Park (88th Precinct)

On Friday, August 9th, 2013 at approximately 2330 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person shot inside of "Fort Greene Park", in the vicinity of Myrtle avenue and Saint Edwards street, within the confines of the 88th Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed victim #1 (M/B/21) and victim #2 (M/B/22) unconscious and unresponsive; both victims sustained one gunshot wound to the head.  EMS also responded to the scene and pronounced both victims DOA. There are no arrest(s) at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

WANTED for Mugging on Glenmore and Georgia Aves. (75th Precinct)


The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating the following suspects wanted in connection to a robbery from within the confines of the 75 Precinct. Details are as follows.

On Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 0500 hours, the victim, a M/W/26 , was walking  in the vicinity of Glenmore Avenue and Georgia Avenue when two suspects assaulted him and removed his property consisting of an I-Phone and USC. The suspects were last seen fleeing on foot westbound on Glenmore Avenue.

Suspect #1 is described as a M/B, approximately 20-years-old, 5"11", and was last seen wearing a white polo shirt with a dark collar with the word RUGBY on front, checkered shorts, white sneakers and a white baseball cap.

Suspect #2 is described as a M/B, approximately 25-years-old, 5'11", and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts, white sneakers and a blue baseball cap.

WANTED: Help Catch the East Flatbush Stickup Man


The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating the following suspect wanted in connection with robberies committed within the 63, 67, and 69 Precincts.
The suspect approaches elderly victims, displays a silver firearm and demands the victim's jewelry. Details are as follows:
Incident #1 occurred on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 1130 hours in front of 976 East 40 Street within the confines of the 63 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/70.
 Incident #2 occurred on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at 0925 hours in front of 1199 Schenectady Avenue within the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/67.
 Incident #3 occurred on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 1130 hours at East 39 Street and Avenue H within the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/57.
 Incident #4 occurred on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 1340 hours in front of 629 East 42 Street within the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/66.
 Incident #5 occurred on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 1000 hours in front of 733 East 45 Street within the confines of the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/74.
 Incident #6 occurred on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 1600 hours in front of 952 East 39 Street within the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/78.
 Incident #7 occurred on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 1530 hours at Avenue H and East 55 Street within the 67 Precinct. The victim was a F/B/48.
 Incident #8 occurred on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 1600 hours at Avenue I and East 53 Street within the confines of the 63 Precinct. The victim was a F/B/62.
 Incident #9 occurred on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 1725 hours in front of 618 East 38 Street within the confines of the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/64.
 Incident #10 occurred on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 1425 hours in front of 674 East 777 Street within the confines of the 69 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/66.
Incident #11 occurred on Sunday, July 28, 20131520 hours in front of 693 East 38 Street within the confines of the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/70.
 Incident #12 - At approximately 1015 hours on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 488 Rockaway Parkway in the confines of the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/70.

Incident #13 - At approximately 1138 hours on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 542 E. 81 Street in the confines of the 69 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/55.
Incident #14 - At approximately 1145 hours on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 597 E. 95 St. in the confines of the 67 Precinct. The victim was a M/B/50.

The suspect is described as a black male, with a light complexion, approximately 18-25 years-old,  5'2"- 5'5", 150 lbs., with a slim build and was seen wearing a light colored baseball hat.

Stabbed to Death, Franklin Ave. & Eastern Parkway (77th Precinct)

On Sunday, August 4, 2013 at approximately 0204 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male stabbed at Eastern Parkway and Franklin Avenue, within the confines of the 77 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a M/B/27 with multiple stab wounds about the body, laying on the street. EMS also responded to the location and transported the male to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. There is no one in custody at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday August 3rd, 2013 at 0020 hours in front of 867 Hancock street, within the confines of the 81st precinct, police responded to a call of a male shot. Upon arrival, police observed the victim, a M/B/32, with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and back. EMS responded and transported the victim to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. There are no arrest(s) at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

WANTED for Subway Armed Robbery, Utica Ave. Station (81st Precinct)


The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating the following suspect who is wanted in connection with a Robbery that occurred within the confines of the 81 Precinct.  The details are as follows:
 On Sunday, June 23, 2012 at 0422 hours, the suspect sat next to the victim, a M/B/27, while riding  N/B "A" train, displayed a firearm and removed the victims cell phone and cash before exiting at the Utica Avenue subway station. 



 The suspect is described as being a M/B wearing a green shirt and beige pants.
