On Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at approximately 1755 hours, Police responded to a 911 call of a person shot outside of 1211 Loring Avenue, within the confines of the 75 Precinct (PSA 2). Upon arrival, officers observed a M/B/19 with a gunshot wound to the torso. EMS also responded to the location, and transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrest(s) and the investigation is ongoing.
The deceased has been identified as:
Brandon Wigley, M/B/19
Family notified.

i was standing right there and it's an image i can never get out of my head..i was praying for him the whole time..i asked god to save his life..but he expired anyway..this needs to stop..senseless killing..these are someone's children..i still can't stop thinking of him..r.i.p my child..we don't know each other but u will always be in my hart...
