On Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 2028 hours, police officers responded to 911 calls of a male shot in front of 508 Chester Street within the confines of the 73 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unconscious and unresponsive M/B/23 who sustained gunshot wounds to the torso. EMS also responded and transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

Coy Biggs Jr. was my cousin who we loved very much, hope somebody who knows something be brave effort to come forth and help us put these animals away for life. RIP my love one, tell your Dad we miss him to.
