3 Shot, 1 Dead, Herkimer & Kingston (79th Precinct)
On 6-30-2010 at approx 2050 hours police responded to a 911 call of a person shot inside of 335 Herkimer Street (Kingston Park) in the confines of the 79 Pct. Upon arrival police discovered 3 people shot. Victim #1 M/B/32 was shot in the chest and pronounced DOA at Interfaith Hospital. Victim #2 M/B/36 was shot 1x in the right leg and taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition. Victim #3 F/B/45 was shot 1x in the abdomen and taken to Kings County in stable condition.

This is sad. I hope the survivors are doing ok. Up until a few months ago I used to live on the second floor of 335 Herkimer Street. The other people in the house were good people.
