On Friday, 10-30-09 at approximately 2300 hours at the c/o Belmont and Fountain Avenues, within the confines of the 75 Precinct, Police responded to a call of a MALE SHOT. Upon arrival, Police observed a M/H/35 with a gunshot wound to the upper leg. EMS responded and transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital where at approximately 2320 hours he was PRONOUNCED DOA. There are no arrest(s) at this time. The identity of the DOA is pending proper family notification. The Investigation is ongoing.
