Murder, Albany and St. Johns (77th Precinct)

On Thursday 8-20-09 at approximately 2220 hours at the corner of St. John's Place and Albany Avenue, within the confines of the 77 Precinct, police responded to a call of a MALE SHOT. Upon arrival, Police observed a M/B/20s with numerous GSWs to the back, stomach, and leg. EMS responded and transported the victim to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced DOA at approximately 0105 hours. There are no arrest(s). The identity of the DOA is pending family notification. The investigation is ongoing.
