On 2-01-09 at approx 0255 hours Police responded to 220 Montauk Ave for a 911 call of a male shot. Upon arrival they discovered an unidentified M/H who was shot 1x in the torso. The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. Investigation ongoing.
