WANTED for iPhone Snatch, Atlantic Ave. L Train (73rd Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating the following suspect who is wanted in connection with a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 73rd Precinct. The details are as follows:
On Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 0030 hours, the victim, a F/H/29, was riding a northbound "L" train approaching the Atlantic Avenue & Havens Place subway station when the suspect grabbed her iPhone from her hand before exiting the train as it stopped at the station. The victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of this incident.
The suspect is described as being a M/B approximately 19-21 years old.

MISSING: 9 & 11 Year Old Siblings, Brownsville Houses (73rd Precinct)

WANTED for Armed Robbery at Franklin Ave. Station (79th Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating the following suspects who are wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 79th Precinct. The details are as follows:
On Friday, April 6, 2012 at approximately 1700 hours, the victim, a M/B/19, was walking on the N/B "C" train platform inside of the Franklin Avenue subway station when the suspects approached him, displayed a firearm and removed his chain before fleeing the station. The victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of this incident.
The suspects are described as follows:
Suspect #1 (armed with firearm): M/B or H, 25-20 years old, 5'7"-5'8" with a neatly trimmed beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a gray shirt, dark jeans and black hat.
Suspect #2: M/B, 20-25 years old, 5'6"- 5'8" with short hair. Upon arrival, police observed a M/B/36 with gunshot wounds to the head and torso. EMS also responded and transported the male to Methodist Hospital, where he was later pronounced DOA. On Sunday, March 11, 2012 at approximately 1738 hours, Police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at the corner of Vernon Avenue and Marcus Garvey Blvd, within the confines of the 81 Precinct. Upon arrival, Officers observed a M/B/23 with a gunshot wound to the back. EMS also responded to the location and transported the victim to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced DOA. On Sunday April 22, 2012 at 2252 hours, Police responded to a 911 call of a male shot inside of 1912 Pacific Street, within the confines of the 77 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed the following three victims, all of whom were transported by EMS to Kings County Hospital:
1) M/B/23 with a gunshot wound to the chest, pronounced DOA at Kings County Hospital.
2) F/B/22 with a gunshot wound to the chest, listed in critical condition.
3) M/B/20 with multiple gunshot wounds about the body, listed in stable condition.

VIDEO: 3 Wanted for Shooting on Fulton (79th Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying individuals wanted in connection with an Assault that occurred within the 79 Precinct.
The details are as follows:
On Tuesday April 10, 2012 at approximately 0150 hours, in front of 1591 Fulton Street within the confines of the 79 precinct, a M/B/30 was approached by three M/B suspects. Suspects #1 and #2 first engaged the victim as he passed them. Soon thereafter, Suspect #3 fired several rounds striking the victim once in the chest and grazing him once in the abdomen and once in the arm. The three suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to Kings County Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
Suspect # 1 is described as a M/B/25, approximately 5'10", 180lbs with short black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a jogging jacket and a blue jeans.
Suspect # 2 is described as a M/B/25, approximately 5'8", 170lbs with short black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing black jeans and a black jacket.
Suspect # 3 is described as a M/B/20's, approximately 5'9", medium build, short black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a short sleeve shirt and blue jeans.

WANTED: Rapist (81st and 73rd Precincts)
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating the above suspect, who is wanted in connection with a rape that occurred within the confines of the 81st Precinct. The details are as follows:
On Monday, April 9,2012 at approximately 0040 hours, F/B/18 was approached by an unknown suspect who displayed a hammer, threatened to hit her and demanded oral sex. The suspect then forced the victim to the back alley where he raped her and then fled the scene. The victim was removed to Woodhull Hospital.
Suspect: M/B/20-22, 5'8", 150lbs, light complexion, last seen wearing a black rich young cap, hoodie, dark jeans, dark jean jacket, red white and black sneakers, north face black backpack and black framed glasses.
Due to the modus operandi and the description of the suspect the following incident is believed to be committed by the same suspect. Therefore, the NYPD's Special Victims Division has created a pattern. Details of the second incident are below:
On April 9, 2012 at approx 1105 hours in the vicinity of Stone Avenue, within the confines of the 73 Precinct, the suspect, armed with a hammer, followed the victim, F/B/22, into her apartment building and attempted to rape her. The victim was able to fend off the suspect and fled.
The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black baseball hat, blue jeans and a backpack.

Murdered on Herzl Street (73rd Precinct)
On Sunday, April 8, 2012 at approximately 0025 hours, police officers responded to a report of a male shot at 411 Herzl Street, confines of the 73 Pct. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered the victim, a M/B/23 with a gun shot wound to the back. Investigation determined that the victim had been involved in an unknown dispute when he was shot by an unidentified M/B. The victim was removed to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. The suspect fled the location. Investigation is ongoing.

WANTED for Brownsville Home Invasion Robbery & Shooting (81st Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is asking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect wanted for a robbery and shooting within the confines of the 81 Precinct. Details are as follows:
On Monday, March 19, 2012 at 2030 hours the suspect, armed with a gun, entered an apartment in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn and proceeded to tied up the victim, a M/B/44, with duct tape. As the suspect attempted to tie the victim up, a struggle ensued and the suspect shot the victim in the neck. The suspect then removed an undetermined amount of money from the residence and fled the scene. The victim was transported to Kings County Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

Teen Murdered, Prospect Place & Schenectady Avenue
On Monday, March 20, 2012 at approximately 1955 hours, Police responded to 911 calls of a male shot at the corner of Prospect Place and Schenectady Avenue, within the confines of the 77 Precinct. Upon arrival, Officers observed a M/B/18 with gunshot wounds to the lower torso region. EMS also responded to the location, and transported the victim to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced DOA. A second victim, M/B/15, was also discovered at the location, having sustained a gunshot wound to the leg. EMS transported victim #2 to Brookdale Hospital where he was listed in stable condition. WANTED for Rape Near Monroe Street (79th Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the following individual wanted for a rape which took place in the vicinity of Monroe Street in the confines of the 79 Pct.
The victim F/29 got into the suspects vehicle at Throop Avenue and Jefferson Street drove around the area. When they got to the vicinity of Monroe Street the suspect forcibly raped the victim inside of the vehicle described as a black SUV with blue and yellow NY plates.
The suspect is described as a M/B/30's approx 6'0", approximately 160 lbs, with corn row braids. He also had a tattoo under his right eye (unknown design) and spoke with a West Indian accent.

WANTED for Murder on Marcus Garvey Blvd. (79th Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is asking the public's assistance in identifying the suspects wanted for a homicide within the confines of the 79 Precinct. Details are as follows:
On Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 1732 hours, in front of 358 Marcus Garvey Boulevard, within the confines of the 79 Precinct, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot. Upon arrival, responding Officers discovered the victim, a M/B/79, shot in the neck. EMS also responded to the scene and transported the victim to Interfaith Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. A preliminary investigation determined that a male black was being chased by two unknown blacks who were shooting at him. The male black ran into 358 Marcus Garvey Boulevard. The two male black suspects stopped in front of the location and began firing into the location, striking the victim who was in front. The suspects then fled the location.

WANTED for Attempted Murder of 18-Yr-Old on Nostrand Avenue (70th Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is asking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect, as well as his two accomplices, wanted for a shooting within the confines of the 70 Precinct. Details are as follows:On Tuesday, September, 27, 2011 at approximately 1500 hours in front of 2154 Nostrand Ave the victim, a M/B/18, was shot 4 times by Suspect #1 after having a verbal dispute with him. EMS responded to the scene and removed the victim to Kings County Hospital with gun shots wounds to his torso, groin and leg and a graze wound to his head. He is currently listed in critical, but stable, condition.
Attached is a video of the incident. In the video, you can see Suspect #2, a M/B dressed in all black, on the left side of the screen walking backwards handing a black bag to Suspect #3, a M/B wearing a white t-shirt and dark jeans. Suspect #3 takes the bag and removes a .32 caliber S&W revolver out of it and places it in his waistband. Suspect #3 then hands the weapon to Suspect #1, a M/B wearing a red jacket and light colored pants, in the doorway of McDonalds. The victim, wearing a white tank top and dark shorts, goes to enter McDonalds and is shot by Suspect #1. The suspects then flee into McDonalds, escaping through a side door.

WANTED for Robbery on Myrtle & Throop: Julius "Stinky" Wright (79th Precinct)
The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance in locating the following individual wanted in connection to robbery which occurred within the confines of the 79 precinct. The circumstances are as follows:
On Monday, September 5, 2011 at approximately 0330 hours in the vicinity of Myrtle and Throop Ave's, a M/H/24 was approached by a perpetrator who threatened the victim with a simulated firearm. The suspect removed the victim's cell phone by force and asked the victim about his sexual orientation. The suspect then berated the victim with anti-gay epithets. The suspect then fled the location with the victims property and the victim was taken to Woodhull Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect has been identified as Julius Wright, M/B/21, also known as "Stinky". He is 6'1", 170lbs with a tattoo on his left forearm that spells "Slim". He was last seen wearing dark clothing.

3 Shot, One Killed on Rockaway Ave. (73rd Precinct)
On Sunday September 18, 2011 at approximately 0323 hrs. opposite 730 Rockaway Avenue in the confines of the 73 Pct.three people were shot. Vic #1 a M/B/38 was shot one time in the shoulder and pronounced DOA on the scene, while Vic #2 a M/B/32 was shot one time in the abdomen and is in stable condition at Brookdale Hospital. Vic # 3 a M/B/26 was shot one time in the left foot and is in stable condition at Brookdale Hospital. No arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

VIDEO of Labor Day Murder and Gunfight on Park Place (77th Precinct)
This video was recovered from the scene of a homicide that occurred on Monday, September 5 at 9:04 p.m. at 637 Park Place in the confines of the 77 Precinct.
Eusi Johnson M/B/29, the victim of the homicide, is seen running from the location after being shot one time in the neck by the suspect Leroy Webster M/B/32.
Shortly after Johnson exits the building, Webster is seen running after the victim and firing another round in his direction. The suspect then returns to the front door of the building and turns to shoot at responding NYPD officers.
Webster falls after police fire. He later raises his firearm again and shoots again. Webster is then struck by fire returned by the officers.
Webster was taken into custody and charged with Murder 2 and Attempted Murder. Johnson later expired from his wound to the neck. Two (2) NYPD officers suffered non-life-threatening wounds.

WANTED for Rape on Buffalo Avenue (77th Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the following suspect wanted in connection with a Rape that occurred within the confines of the 77 Precinct.
On Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at approximately 0130 hours a F/B/18 was walking in the vicinity of Buffalo Avenue when she was approached by the suspect who was armed with a knife. The suspect forced the victim into an alleyway where he raped her. The victim was treated at an area hospital.
Suspect Description:
M/B/18-23, approximately 5'7"-5'9" in height, medium build, with a dark birth mark on his lower right face. He was described as wearing a black sweatshirt, black jean shorts and black boots and a black du-rag.

WANTED for Robbery on Cleveland & Fulton Streets (75th Precinct)
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the following three individuals wanted for an assault/robbery which took place on August 21, 2011 at approx 2215 hours at Cleveland Street and Fulton Street in the confines of the 75 Pct. The suspects approached the victim M/A/18 and asked him to use his phone, when he refused they physically assaulted him. The victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital with a head injury and facial contusions.
The suspects are described as
1. M/B light approx 17 years old wearing a white tee shirt, blue shorts and an Atlanta Braves hat
2. M/B dark approx 17 years old wearing a red sweat suit
3. M/B dark approx 17 years old wearing blue jeans, a red and blue sweatshirt and a Washington Nationals hat

Killed at the Marcy Houses (79th Precinct)
On August 4, 2011 at approx 1840 hours police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 125 Nostrand Avenue(Marcy Houses) in the confines of the 79 Pct. Upon arrival police discovered two people shot at the location. Victim #1 M/B/26 was shot 1x in the abdomen and taken to Woodhull Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. Victim #2 M/B/22 was shot 1x in the abdomen and taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition. Investigation ongoing.

On Sunday, September 4, 2011 at approximately 2201 hours, police responded to a 911 call reporting a male shot at 585 Blake Avenue (Unity Plaza Houses) within the confines of the 75 precinct. Upon arrival of police, they discovered the victim (M/B/24) in front of 580 Blake Avenue shot in the head. EMS also responded to the location and pronounced the victim DOA. There are no arrest(s) at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the following two (2) individuals wanted in connection with a Robbery that occurred on August 1, 2011 in the confines of the 81 precinct.
Details as follows:
On Monday, August 1, 2011 at approx. 2330 hrs, the victim, F/W/28 was riding her bicycle in the rear of 72 Lewis Avenue in the confines of the 81 precinct when she was approached by two suspects, a M/B/approx. 20's and a M/H/ approx. 20's, who grabbed and threw her to the ground and ripped her purse off of her and fled to vicinity of 300 Vernon Ave.
Suspect#1 is described as a M/B/in his 20's with black hair and dark complexion. Weighing approx. 160-180 lbs, approx. 5'11 to 6'tall. Wearing a white t-shirt, dark colored pants and white sneakers.
Suspect#2 is described as a M/H/in is 20's with black hair and light complexion. Weighing approx. 180-120 lbs, approx. 5'11 to 6'0 tall. Wearing a green t shirt, dark colored shorts and light colored sneakers.

On Friday September 2nd, 2011 at 2346 hours opposite 708 Lincoln avenue, within the confines of the 75th precinct, police responded to multiple 911 calls of a male shot. Upon arrival, police observed a M/B/27 with numerous gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach. EMS responded and transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. On Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 0536 hours, police officers responded to a male stabbed in front of 571 Central Avenue within the confines of the 81 precinct. Upon arrival, police officers discovered a M/B/27 stabbed 3 times about the body, unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded and pronounced the victim DOA at Woodhull Hospital. There are no arrest at this time and investigation is ongoing.

On August 31, 2011 at 1920 hours police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at 180 Powell Street in the confines of the 73 Pct. Upon arrival police discovered 3 people shot.
Victim # 1 M/B/19 was shot in the head and transported to Brookdale in critical condition. On Friday, September 2nd, 2011, Victim #1 was pronounced DOA. The victim has been identified as:
