The New York City Police Department is asking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect, as well as his two accomplices, wanted for a shooting within the confines of the 70 Precinct. Details are as follows:On Tuesday, September, 27, 2011 at approximately 1500 hours in front of 2154 Nostrand Ave the victim, a M/B/18, was shot 4 times by Suspect #1 after having a verbal dispute with him. EMS responded to the scene and removed the victim to Kings County Hospital with gun shots wounds to his torso, groin and leg and a graze wound to his head. He is currently listed in critical, but stable, condition.
Attached is a video of the incident. In the video, you can see Suspect #2, a M/B dressed in all black, on the left side of the screen walking backwards handing a black bag to Suspect #3, a M/B wearing a white t-shirt and dark jeans. Suspect #3 takes the bag and removes a .32 caliber S&W revolver out of it and places it in his waistband. Suspect #3 then hands the weapon to Suspect #1, a M/B wearing a red jacket and light colored pants, in the doorway of McDonalds. The victim, wearing a white tank top and dark shorts, goes to enter McDonalds and is shot by Suspect #1. The suspects then flee into McDonalds, escaping through a side door.
