On Monday, August 26, 2013 at approximately 1329 hours police responded to a 911 call for a M/A/32 shot at 401 New Lots Ave in the confines of the 75 Precinct. Upon arrival police discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest. EMS transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.Victim:Mohamed Bilal, M/A/32Family Notified
