This is an update to an earlier post.
On Friday, April 6, 2012 at approximately 1700 hours, the victim, a M/B/19, was walking on the northbound "C" train platform inside of the Franklin Avenue subway station when the suspects approached him, displayed a firearm and removed his chain before fleeing the station. The victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of this incident.
The following individual has been arrested and charged in regards to the above incident:
Arrested: Berthony St. Jean, M/B/16
400 East 52 Street
Charges: Robbery 1
The following individual has been identified and his whereabouts are being sought in regards to the above incident:
Suspect: Hector Cancel, M/H/33, 5'09" in height, 170lbs
