A paroled sex offender was arrested Thursday on charges of second-degree murder in the slaying of a father and son at the family's bodega, police said.Charles Judd, 50, was identified through a Crime Stoppers tip, police said. Detectives went to speak to him Tuesday, but he collapsed and remained hospitalized under police guard. He also was arrested on charges of robbery and criminal possession of a weapon, said Paul Browne, the New York Police Department's deputy commissioner for public information. Police still are searching for a second suspect in the shooting.
